It’s great to have all the students back. They returned well rested and ready to start this next two-month block, before the next break. As we move forward, there are many programs, field trips and activities that begin to spot the calendar. We will keep you posted with notices and permission slips as necessary.

Wow! What a great job our students and staff did with last night’s performances. It’s hard to believe that in just a couple weeks of work, such polished productions were created. The excitement around the school has been remarkable.

Yup…the first, after-school ski day was held on Wednesday. Despite the 40+ degree temperatures, rain and “challenging” snow conditions, nearly half the school’s students enjoyed the afternoon on the snow…ice…slush.

Once again, it wasn’t a major snowstorm that caused us to cancel school on Friday. Rather, it was a mixture of a little snow, plus sleet and freezing rain. I hope that all of you who had to venture out did so safely.

Well….at least it’s white! The ice is still lurking underneath, but it is beginning to look a little more like winter. The good news is that we should be able to have our after-school ski day this coming Wednesday.
