Student support contacts are out of the Orange Southwest Supervisory Union central school office. We serve the following schools:
Randolph Elementary School
Braintree Elementary School
Brookfield Elementary School
RUHS/RTCC
Early Essential Education (EEE) - preschool located in the RES
We currently serve around 170 students, ages three up to twenty-two with disabilities who are in special education and another 20 students protected under Section 504. We have approximately a staff of 67 special education teachers, paraprofessionals, speech/language pathologists/assistants and contracted staff (i.e. Occupational therapists, Physical therapists, SLPs, counselors, psychologists, etc.) serving our students.
Our office also provides the following consultation/coordination for:
- support for English Language Learners
- Section 504
- Medicaid
- EPSDT
- Harassment investigations/Equity Officer
- Homeless
- Interagency
- Training
- Migrant Program
- Student confidentiality/student records
- EPSDT (school based health services)
