The special education office provides the following:

1. We currently serve (155) special education students and (18) Section
    504 students in all of our school districts, ages three through twenty-
    one. We currently have a staff of (53) consisting of special education
    teachers, paraprofessionals, speech/language pathologists/assistant,
    and privately contracted staff in the following areas: occupational
    therapists, physical therapist, counselors and psychologists.

2. Student and staff supports serving the following districts: the
    Randolph, Braintree and Brookfield elementary schools, RUHS, RTCC
    and Early Education Preschool Program (located at RES).

3. Our office also provides consultation and coordination in the following

    - Supports for ELL (English Language Learners)

    - Section 504 students

    - Medicaid

    - EPSDT (school based health services)

    - Equity Officer/harassment investigations

    - Homeless

    - Interagency coordinated service plans

    - Migrant program

    - Student records/confidentiality/FERPA (Family Educational Rights
      and Privacy Act)
