FFV Recipe for September 4th

Green Pepper Pesto

Ingredients- Green Bell Peppers, Garlic Clove, Parmesan Cheese, Fresh Basil, Olive Oil and Salt


 

  1. Cut and blend bell peppers, use a strainer to take away some of the water from the bell peppers, set aside

 

  1. Blend fresh basil leaves ( no stems), with olive oil, garlic, parmesan cheese and salt to smooth

 

  1. Combine bell peppers with basil mix in the blender. Add more garlic, cheese, olive oil or salt  to taste

 

  1. Emulsify until well incorporated

 

  1. Serve with crackers, toast points or pita chips
