Special Education

In addition to serving all of the district buildings' Special Education needs our office also provides consultation and coordination in the following areas:

  • Supports for ELL (English Language Learners)
  • Section 504 students
  • Medicaid
  • EPSDT (school based health services)
  • Equity Officer/harassment investigations
  • Homeless students/families
  • Interagency coordinated service plans
  • Migrant students/families
  • Student records/confidentiality/FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act)
